Welcome to and Godi Sagas (and Godi Sagas: Ísland), a turn-based franchise strategy MMORPG games.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the game, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

2. Game Description and "As Is" Provision

Godi Sagas Franchise and godisagas.com Ísland is provided to you "as is" and is protected by copyright.

3. User Eligibility and Responsibility

• You must be legally able to play turn-based Viking strategy games based on the age restrictions of your country of residence. Historically accurate violence or nudity representations on text or images might appear during the experience.
• You are legally responsible for ensuring you have the necessary legal permission to register and play the game.
• If you are a minor, you are legally responsible for obtaining explicit permission from your parent or legal guardian to register and play the game.

4. Restrictions

The limited license granted to you to play the game does not grant you any of the following rights, and you are expressly prohibited from:

• Selling, copying (except as permitted by applicable law, such as private copy exceptions), loaning, leasing, or distributing the Services (including the game content).
• Disassembling, decompiling, decrypting, hacking, deriving source code from, or reverse engineering the Services (except where explicitly permitted by applicable law, such as exceptions under EU Directive 2009/24 or other relevant legislation).
• Modifying, creating derivative works of, or commercializing the Services (including the Content), Virtual Items (if any), or your Account, unless explicitly permitted by separate written terms from Godi Sagas.
• Using the Services (including the Content), Virtual Items (if any), or your Account in any manner to develop, train, enhance, or provide source material for, or promote, any Generative AI Tools. Any such use is strictly prohibited.

5. AI Generative Tools

Please be aware that this game has been created with the support of AI generative tools.

6. Game Stability and Disclaimer of Liability

• The game is currently not a stable version and is subject to bugs and errors.
• As the game is offered free of charge, you acknowledge and agree that you have no right to make any claims against Godi Sagas arising from your use of the game, including any issues related to game stability or bugs.

7. Intellectual Property and Attribution

All rights, title, and interest in and to the core game (including but not limited to core code and game design) are owned by Godi Sagas and are protected by copyright laws. However, some content within the game, including but not limited to images, videos, or sound effects, may be subject to other forms of licensing and attributed to their original authors. Where applicable, we will endeavor to provide appropriate attribution within the game or in accompanying documentation.

8. Termination

Godi Sagas reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate access to the game at any time, with or without notice.

9. Game is Free of Charge and Donations

This game is provided to the community free of charge for your enjoyment. To help sustain the servers and cover any associated costs related to the maintenance and development of the project, we may accept voluntary donations. These donations are not required to play the game and do not grant any special privileges or advantages within the game.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union.

These Terms of Service are effective as of 2025-04-01.
